Every year, representatives from Procter&Gamble visit the campuses in order to meet as many students as possible. These visits are eagerly awaited by Edhec students who turn out in force to take advantage of the opportunities offered.
In 2008/2009, the year of the financial downturn, P&G is more present at EDHEC than ever!
P&G is a major Edhec recruiter. The evolutions evinced by the graduates and the energy applied by the Group to prepare and recruit Edhec students during this period of crisis, reflects their fierce determination to recruit the best high potentials, namely you!
P&G was, of course, present at the EDHEC Forum and extended its presence with presentations and recruitment method preparation workshops, which ended with recruitment sessions, including the end of the Bachelor period and sandwich year work placement opportunities, and entry level jobs.
However, that's not all. This year, P&G organised 4 flagship events for Edhec students, giving them the opportunity to meet P&G Managers. All the job functions were represented, giving everyone a chance to test out the sector by identifying with the future manager they would one day like to become.
P&G and EDHEC - a special relationship
Gautier (EDHEC 2005), Marketing, Strategy & Planning Manager,
The different initiatives organised by Procter&Gamble in 2008-2009 were designed to send out 2 messages to EDHEC students: - in times of economic difficulty, P&G has not changed its recruitment strategy and is keener than ever to find the best talents who will continue to lead the Group and its brands to success, - as a target school for P&G, EDHEC students have a unique opportunity to take part in these events which enable them to discover all the Group's sectors and functions, and thus to envisage careers in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Buying!
Diversity and talent are qualities that P&G are looking for ... and these are purposely nurtured at EDHEC, which is why EDHEC students are more qualified than ever to stand out and join us!
