EDHEC coaching programme

Many of you use the services and attend the events offered by the Career Centre for Life to find answers to your work-related questions. The one-hour individual appointment provided free of charge by our consultants is particularly appreciated. Your current situation or career objectives may however require support over a series of work sessions – a more personalised and richer experience involving individual coaching. 

To facilitate this process, the Career Centre for Life has selected a list of certified professional coaches who have agreed to offer their services at preferential rates reserved for EDHEC graduates. Our warmest thanks to them for this very attractive proposal.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a personalised method of support designed to help you reach your career objectives. Any situation can benefit from coaching, with an approach based on discussion, questioning and collaboration between the coach and coachee, with the aim of clarifying your objectives, finding solutions, overcoming obstacles and setting out a concrete action plan. These exchanges take place in complete confidentiality.

A few examples of individual coaching applications:

• Set out a career plan and the different stages of achieving your career objectives in the long term
• Benefit from support when taking up a new post
• Prepare a career transition towards a completely new area
• Manage stress and find a better work-life balance
• Increase your self-confidence to assert yourself in your career decisions
