1. How can I activate my account?

You can send yourself an activation link by clicking on Activate my account via this page: https://alumni.edhec.edu/login

It's the same logic as when you click on Forgot your password.
Once you've clicked on Activate my account, all you have to do is enter your first name, last name and date of birth. Your account will be automatically retrieved and a new activation link will be sent to you by e-mail. If it still doesn't work, you can contact us by clicking on the phrase "contact us directly by clicking here ".

2. What happens if I don't activate my account?

You will not be able to access the new EDHEC Alumni platform, community services or your data.

Some of your information will also remain publicly visible: Name, First name, Promotion, Campus, Year of graduation. Connected members will also have access to your career path. But don't worry, if you don't activate your account right away, you can always access it again.

3. How can I make some of my data invisible?

You can set the confidentiality of your data by clicking here

You can then select the data you wish to hide or show to the community, such as your personal e-mail, phone number or address. Please note that you can only configure them if you've activated your account. If you don't, some of your information will remain publicly visible: Name, First name, Class, Campus, Graduation year. Connected members will also have access to your career path.

4. How do I retrieve my password?

Go to the site's login page, then click on the "Forgot password" link under the "Login" button.

Enter the e-mail address you used to register on the site. A new password will then be sent to the login email address on your profile. Remember to check your spam folder if necessary.

5. How can I change the email address or password I used to register?

Log in with your current credentials, then click on "Update my profile" in the user menu in the right-hand column.

Finally, click on the "Login"tab and enter your new e-mail address or password. In order for this information to be saved, you'll need to enter your current password.

6. How do I access my @edhec.com mailbox?

Every student or graduate has an EDHEC academic email address, which is usually in the form of firstname.lastname@edhec.com

It enables members of the network who do not yet have a professional email address to communicate with recruiters by promoting their school. It also offers all EDHEC graduates the chance to stay in touch throughout their lives.

You can access it from the Office 365 website.

7. How can I receive a copy of my diploma, certificate or transcript?

EDHEC’s education department handles this type of request.

8. How do I access career services at https://careers.edhec.edu?

Access to the Career Centre requires a specific password that cannot be changed.
Login: your email EDHEC (ex: firstname.lastname@edhec.com)
Password: when you log in for the first time, click on Forgotten password and enter your EDHEC email address. The password will be sent to this address only.

9. How can I change my personal information?

Click on "Update my profile" in the administrator menu to modify your personal data (address, phone number...).

Modify your personal information under the "PERSONAL" tab, then save your changes. NB: From this page, you can also change your login details, answer statistical questions, modify your preferences and manage your privacy levels.

10. How do I find someone?

Use the search engine in the "Directory" section and enter the first 3 letters of the name or first name of the person you are looking for.

The search engine will show you a preview of the matching members in the form of a list or trombinoscope, allowing you to view their profiles and contact them.

- If you are not a student or graduate of EDHEC Business School, or if you are not logged in: You can only search by name and/or surname. The result of the query will show all possible matches, listing the name, surname, class and e-mail address for each. This makes it possible to check that a person is indeed a graduate.

- If you are a student or graduate of EDHEC Business School: To access the advanced search, you need to activate your account and log in with your username (login email) and password. You will then have access to the advanced search on different criteria: Name, First name, Promotion, Degree, Company, Location...

11. What is the purpose of the companies directory?

The company directory brings together all the companies linked to graduates, recruiters and job offers. For each company, you'll find a card with key information, graduates who work or have worked for the company, recruiters registered on the site and job offers. Anyone connected with the company can update key information. A wiki system will enable administrators to revert to older versions in the event of error or abuse.
The administrator may also have activated the mandatory validation, so you'll have to wait for him/her to validate your changes before they appear on the listing. It's up to you to add the information you need to complete your company profiles and share as much information as possible.

12. How can I take part in the events?

Click on the "Agenda" section

Each event is described in a card, which includes all the practical information you need: organizer (name and e-mail), venue, times, etc., as well as the cost of participation (if it's a paying event).

Any member of the site can register for a event. A ticketing system can be activated, enabling you to book your tickets online. If the event is free, you are free to register.

EDHEC Alumni members who log on to the platform are generally offered a lower rate. Don't forget to activate your account if you haven't already done so.

13. How can I change the email I use to connect to the site or to receive EDHEC Alumni communications?

Once you have logged in to the EDHEC Alumni website, go to your account settings and then to Email Management.

If the e-mail address you require does not appear in the list, go to Personal information to add it to your profile.

14. How to submit a job offer?

We invite you to send any job offers, internships or apprenticeships that you are aware of to edhec.careers@edhec.com.

The Career Centre can also help you find profiles for internships or apprenticeships.

a. Recruiting an apprentice

The apprenticeship is aimed at EDHEC Masters students in their 2nd year and EDHEC International BBA students in their 3rd year, who have acquired the fundamentals of management. You entrust them with two-year progressive assignments.

c. Benefit from recruitment assistance

Our Career Centre supports you in your search for graduate and undergraduate profiles, with the possibility of highlighting your vacancies or sending recruitment e-mails to undergraduates.

To make your recruitment easier, we organise sessions on our campuses. This offer includes:

• communicating your internship and job offers to the students concerned,

• centralising and forwarding applications in advance of the session,

• communicating with the selected students after you have reviewed their applications

• hosting and organising recruitment interviews at our sites.

15. Create your contact list

All website members can send you a request to be added to their contact list. This gives you more direct access to them, so you can contact them more quickly via private messaging and follow their progress more easily.

You can find all your contacts in the Contacts tab on your profile.

Your requests will appear in the My Requests tab.

You can of course refuse a request and delete members from your list at any time.

16. How do I add a discussion topic?

To add a subject, you must first be identified on the site.

First of all, make sure that the subject you want to cover does not already exist.

Click on "Discussions", then click on "Add a topic".

Give the topic a title, enter your text and then validate it. The topic you have created is immediately published on the site and you can follow all your topics in the My topics section of the Discussions page.

17. How to change my photo

Click on the My profile tab in your user menu (right-hand column).

Click in the Change photo box under your current photo.

Choose the photo of your choice from your computer.

For information: optimum photo size is 140 x 185 pixels.

You can use the usual formats for images JPEG, GIF, PNG.

Your photo will be resized automatically.
