First EDHEC Alumni General Assembly of 2014

This week held on the Paris EDHEC campus, extraordinary general meetings and regular EDHEC Alumni.Thank you to all participants in the online voting, which represented 86.5% of the vote.Fifty graduates were present yesterday and represented 13.5% of the vote.At the ordinary general meeting, Marie-Pierre Cararo, Treasurer, Christelle Caucheteux, director of the association and Bruno de Pampelonne, the President presented the report and morale of the association prior to voting resolutions and selection of candidates.This year, the 26 eligible positions on the Board of Directors, 11 candidates were elected, including 4 "outgoing" and 5 women candidates on the composition of the Board of Directors EDHEC Alumni at a weight of 42% women.Thank you to all the voters who gave discharge to the Directors for the year.
