Chair Leadership & Managerial Skills was created in 2003 thanks to its two historical support : Auchan and former Redcats Group (now Verbaudet , Cyrillus and Balsamik Group ) and is now run by Sylvie Deffayet - Davrout , psychologist and professor of management.This educational course has a pulpit teaching activities for students but also developing (and especially) a range of courses for professionals : managers, experts and leaders. The chair is based on two pillars "Personal Resources for directing " and " inductive and experiential pedagogies leadership " to meet its goal of making Managers RESPONSIBLE emerge.A Responsible manager is someone who is aware of the personal characteristics that engages in coaching relationship, which gives more power to his managerial authority Leadership course developed by the Chair consists of 7 independent modules , which are all steps to identify resources to lead.

Juliette FRONTY, who works for the Chair for a little over a year, "no slides on the screen. Here participants depart from their experiences and learn to identify what they NEED to learn.
