Network

- how many members do you have ? 230 members

- why has it been created? To develop female leadership in business with pragmatism and open-mindedness, let alone stereotypes

What are our aims and projects ? For the next 3 years, we plan to organise meetings. Three annual ‘plenary’ meetings with female ‘key speakers’ who have broken through the glass ceiling, to create groups of 6 to 8 women per global region would meet every 6 weeks to speak about a central, themed topic presented by a speaker, to share information: articles, documents, useful tips, group debriefings over the internet to maintain a virtual link and to share what we have learnt with everyone interested, to do mentoring between experienced and less experienced women, and between female alumni and students, to study of the launch of an "Edhec’elles et ils" prize to reward individuals who work to develop real gender equality in business.

We would also like to gradually recruit local group coordinators.
