4 BBA students from EDHEC Business School will participate in the Olympic Games in Rio
Four students from the EDHEC BBA will represent the colors of their country at the Rio Olympic Games to be held from 5 August. It is a pride for the business school that offers since 2011 an online training tailored to the needs of top athletes.
LEMBACH Charlotte , 28, is in her 3rd year of the BBA EDHEC. The French fencer, member of the France team in women's saber, won at the European Championship team silver medal and an individual bronze medal. At the Olympics, she will also play the saber team and individual competition.
GRANGEON Lara , 25, is also in the 3rd year of the BBA EDHEC. The French swimmer will represent France in the tests of 4 400 meters medley, the 200m medley 4 and 200-meter butterfly. She will also participate in the relay 4 x 400 meters medley 4.
Cloe HACHE , 18, just completed her first year of BBA EDHEC. Following her good results in the championships of France, she will represent the colors of France in the relay 4 x 200 meters freestyle. Swimmer, part of the young hopes of French swimming, a member of the Olympic Nice, the club with 9 gold medals at the last Olympic Games in London, with which the EDHEC Business School has signed an agreement.
Reina -Flor Okori , 36, will represent the colors of her native Equatorial Guinea at the Olympics. Currently in her 3rd year of the BBA EDHEC, the athlete will participate in her 4th Olympic games. She benefited from the solidarity of the EDHEC community who launched a crowdfunding campaign that allowed to help the athlete to finance her studies and her participation in the Olympics.
The four athletes follow the BBA Online program, launched in 2011 to meet the specific needs of top athletes. In September 2016, this course will also be opened to entrepreneurs, musicians, in double degree students and all learners who, for reasons of mobility and/or availability can not follow a traditional academic path.
