What a night ! A huge thank to the EDHEC UK Alumni

"It made me feel supported by a community that transcends generations." Those were the words spoken by Stanislas Lesniak (EDHEC BBA 2020) in a heart-felt address at our annual EDHEC Foundation UK dinner last week.

Thursday 16th March was a night to remember for our UK alumni. It was held at the wonderfully British Six park place in the presence of Emmanuel Métais, Dean of EDHEC.

Together we celebrated EDHEC's many successful projects, honouring the donors who support them. Inspiring testimonies by Jerome Brassart, PhilippeLeopold-Metzger, FancisBarel, JeromeAnselme, JeremieVaislic (Founder of Maitre Choux) brought to life what motivated them to support our School's young talent and innovation.

Finally, Michael Burke, who has just shown exceptional generosity towards his school, gave a captivating speech titled “They came to do well, they did very good indeed”.
By reversing the original phrase from James A. Michener, Michael challenged the audience: “We all came to EDHEC with the intention of succeeding, of leaving our mark on the world of business. But it's not enough to just do things well. We must aspire to do good, to bring added value to our company, our community, and our planet.”
Michael Burke, EDHEC 1980, is a Diamond Circle Donor and Founder of the EDHEC Talents Program. We thank him from the bottom of our heart.

We also thank all our donors, alumni, patrons, and friends of EDHEC for their presence and commitment, which made the evening truly unforgettable.
