A flagship ritual of the EDHEC Alumni network, the 2025 Welcome Parties brought together more than 1,500 graduates across 33 events in 17 countries, from Paris to Singapore.
So many opportunities to strengthen intergenerational ties and welcome new Alumni into the EDHEC family.

Clubs that are more dynamic and professional than ever
The season opened in Paris with a joint Forum bringing together more than twenty professional and leisure clubs, held at the end of September.
An event that allowed many graduates and students to reconnect, exchange about their paths and discover the upcoming themes promoted by the EDHEC Alumni clubs.
The Corporate Clubs also celebrated the new season with great energy: Deloitte, KPMG, Capgemini and several others welcomed their Alumni at convivial evenings combining experience sharing and networking.
These gatherings reflect the dynamism of EDHEC graduates, who organise themselves within large companies to promote the school and support the integration of new hires.
A global reach: 33 events in 17 countries
The local EDHEC Alumni clubs also embraced the Welcome Party rhythm.
More than 1,500 participants took part in 33 gatherings across 17 countries—from New York to Singapore, via London, Montreal, Berlin, Dubai and Hong Kong, not to mention numerous French regions.
Everywhere, the magic happens: these intergenerational gatherings unfold in an atmosphere as warm as on our campuses.

London: an ambitious and unifying edition
The London Welcome Party, the largest event of the season, brought together nearly 200 participants at the Folly, an iconic venue in the City.
Among them, a large group of Master in Finance students from Nice attending the EDHEC Finance Company Treks, exchange students spending a few months at King’s College or LSE, and many graduates based in the UK across all generations.
The evening was built around an inspiring format:
Presentation of the EDHEC Alumni strategy and the school’s key highlights,
Sector tables (Finance, Tech, FMCG/Retail, Consulting…) to encourage networking,
and a VIP space, “The Confessional”, where Alumni could meet the UK Board members, share their expectations and propose new initiatives.
Warm, structured and forward-looking, this evening will undoubtedly inspire future events organised by our clubs.
