More and more firms organise special events when they can meet and even try out potential students in a professional environment that is quite different from formal recruitment processes. These include business games, which provide forums for exchange and discussion between students and managers, and even top managers. They give students an excellent opportunity to be noticed and picked out for recruitment.

That's obvious you say, and yet... how many of you have forgotten to ask for the name of the company representative you spoke to during a forum or a cocktail reception? How many of you have taken part in a business game this year?
