The Real Estate Club organised its sixth visit on Wednesday 4 April, this time to the seat of the new EDHEC Campus in the Centorial in Paris, owned by the DEKA Immobilien Europa funds and managed by DEKA Immobilien GmbH.
The historic building, formerly the head offices of Crédit Lyonnais, stretches between the corners of three streets, the rue du Quatre-Septembre, rue de Choiseul and rue de Gramont. The Centorial is unique, not only for its architecture, but also for its size, its location in the heart of Paris, its prestige and its quality, not to mention the extent of renovation work realised by Jean-Jacques Ory architecture agency. A symbolic jewel of Parisian architecture, the Centorial brilliantly combines tradition with contemporary design. Featuring an amazingly elegant Eiffel-designed glass dome, the entrance hall is full of light and offers glimpses of the turquoise-tinted internal gallery, the building’s main throughway.
In addition to the magic of the premises, the Centorial also features an astonishing blend of modernity and technical prowess, providing a top quality working environment. In this, the Centorial reveals another facet where everything has been designed to provide maximum fluidity, functionality and user friendliness. With its bold architectural stamp and cutting-edge facilities, the Centorial offers present and future users a unique real estate opportunity.
During the visit around the Centorial, the club members were able to view all of the building’s facilities, including the most recent offices to be freed up and now looking for new tenants.
Sign up for the Club newsletters and be among the first to hear about our events. The next functions and visits will take place in the second and third quarters of 2012!
