On June 18, 2008, EDHEC inaugurated its future campus in Croix-Roubaix. One year on, and the building work is in full swing. All the main structural work is now complete* and, at present, work is concentrated on the internal layout.
The future Greater Lille Campus will open its doors at the beginning of the academic year 2010. The building is designed to be wholly open to its business, social and cultural environment. The green' campus is set on 8.5 hectares of land, with 43,000m² of buildings that fully respect the environment. Within this framework, EDHEC is committed to High Environmental Quality certification standards for the teaching unit, and is also acting as a High Environmental Quality pilot structure for the sports centre.
The campus has been designed to cater for 5000 students and 1500 Executive Education students. It will house the Grande Ecole programme, ESPEME, the Executive Education programme, the apprenticeship programmes and the e-learning structures, as well as the research centres and a business incubator. Students will thus benefit from world class services and amenities.
