In order to support MSc Students (TI&CD Program) further to their personal and professional development, the EDHEC Career Centre is launching a mentoring program.

Mentoring is about establishing a partnership between an alumni working in a defined sector (Mentor) and a student interested by the same sector. In exchange, it will allow the student to enhance his knowledge, develop a network, open new career perspectives, and valorize his key skills.

Through regular interactions, the Mentor will bring real and valuable information about the attracted sector: used codes such as verbal uses, behaviours, decoding everyday life, what you can and cannot do...

On his side, the student feels comfortable enough to share his ambitions and questionings in complete trust and confidentiality.

This program would be set up virtually - telephone, e-mail, chat and Facebook - trough two to three appointments or even more if the Mentor believes it is necessary.

The majority of graduates who accepted to become Mentors were Mentees themselves while in their company. They now wish younger generation to take advantage of it.
