The Advanced Management Programme celebrates its 10th anniversary!
On Friday 7 September, 120 people joined us on the Lille Campus, almost half the number of graduates from the Advanced Management programme since it was first launched in 2002.
Welcomed by Benoit ARNAUD, Director of EDHEC Management Institute, and Martine CAFFIAUX, Director of the Advanced Management programme, the alumni enjoyed an evening of debate and discussion in a friendly and celebratory setting.
Jean-Louis Raynaud, professor in Management, spoke for an hour on “Understanding generation Y” - a sociological and managerial approach.
The alumni then split into small groups to work together on a specific issue, namely, how to boost their network.
Martine Caffiaux, who coordinates the course, spoke enthusiastically about the event: “we’re delighted to see all of the alumni who’ve come back to the EDHEC campus. For us, it’s real proof that our teaching methods and values continue to be shared by the alumni. We’re convinced that this expertise needs to be developed to match the needs of managers and business leaders as closely as possible.”
About the Advanced Management Programme
The Advanced Management Programme is one of EDHEC Business School’s Executive Education degree programmes. It was launched in 2002 and is now run by the EDHEC Management Institute.* Students who successfully complete the course are awarded a Master’s degree, in line with the APEL (accreditation of prior experiential learning) process. Every year, around 40 operational managers looking to boost their career enrol on the programme. Tthey come from a range of backgrounds and across-the-board positions from very small companies to global groups.
Based on the Lille Campus and coordinated by Martine Caffiaux, the students alternate group courses and individual coaching for one day a week during the 10-month course. The programme also incorporates a blended learning scheme.
