Following on from the success of the first edition, the second edition of the International recruitment guide has doubled the number of programmes presented and includes an International Voluntary Work section.

In the once again thriving European job market, Le Guide du Recrutement International - Jeunes diplômés et hauts potentiels (International recruitment guide – Young grads and high potentials) has been written with the expectations of new graduates in mind, namely to try out different types of job, explore the world and develop.

The international employment guide for young grads…

To meet the challenges involved in creating a loyal young talent base, more and more leading business organisations offer international ‘graduate programmes’ and ‘fast track schemes’.

In her book, Le guide du recrutement international - Jeunes diplômés et hauts potentiels, Manuelle Malot, Careers and Prospects Director at EDHEC Business School, takes a long hard look at these very tempting international programmes.

Examining over 500 programmes from 230 of the major internationals, the guide sets out the content, the profiles sought and the selection criteria, and gives young graduates advice on how to stand out during the recruitment process.

… a guide for students, young graduates and business organisations

The guide was written for Master level students and graduates from business management schools, engineering schools and universities, as well as young graduates with two or three years experience. It also addresses companies wishing to optimise their recruitment policies and develop a loyal pool of young grads.
