Jean Houzé de l'Aulnoit (MSc Strategic Management 2007), candidate for the EDHEC Commitment of the Year award
Candidate for the EDHEC commitment of the Year award.
Jean nurtured his appetite for entrepreneurship from day one at EDHEC (MSc in Strategic Management, 2007), serving as Secretary for the Course Croisière. His desire to develop projects and bring people together naturally fed into a career that has focused on interpersonal exchanges and sharing. It was in this vein that in 2011 he co-founded consultancy firm LimeStreams, where he has spread the good word about Time To Market (product development, operations and supply chain).
Jean has tirelessly contributed to the EDHEC network, giving up his time on the Board of Trustees and the jury panels for the oral entrance exams, and choosing to be a school donor. Having benefited from the services of the EDHEC Entrepreneurs incubator when his firm was first launched, he wanted to give back some of the energy and positive vibes that had helped him so much over the years.
The value he places on inspirational connections encouraged him to lend a helping hand whenever he could and whenever the community needed it. The dynamics of mutual assistance are a central tenet in the manifesto underpinning Jean’s initiatives. Indeed, he is a joint ambassador for the professional EDHEC Alumni club Entreprendre, always on hand to support new projects. At the heart of the exchanges he is forever trying to encourage lies the desire to contribute to both interpersonal and business development, to enhance the reputation of EDHEC and its many talented people.
