You've had a successful career with the usual ups and downs. You’ve learnt a lot and given a lot to your organisations. Today, you’d like to use your expertise and share it with others and you’d also like to prepare the second half or the end of your career.

With this in mind and with the help of several expert alumni, Edhec Alumni launched a series of conferences and workshops in September on the topic of: “Experienced executives: invent our professional future”
The conference cycle deals with subjects ranging from transition management to the role of the manager, developing and activating your network, starting and taking over a business, mentoring …

The first discussion was on 27 September 2011 with a talk by Frédéric Ripart, Associate Director of Valtus Transition (EDHEC GE 1982), and Geneviève Parnet dit Mortel (EDHEC GE 1980), Transition Manager.
“Transition management, a real career or an alternative for experienced executives”
The second discussion was on 9 November 2011, with a talk by Sébastien Appleby (GE 1994), President and founder of Capitole Partners, and Alain Martel, Secretary General of the IFA, French Institute of Managers, on the topic of "Becoming a manager of business institutions or an association, why not me?"

The next meeting will be on January 10
, when Grégoire Beaurain (GE 1996), Associate Director at Paul Walkers International and Jérome Bondu, founder of Inter-Ligère, will talk about human networks. Genuine tools for our professional and personal future!
