II/ Business venture:
We have created two complementary businesses. One of them, B SOLAR (http://www.bsolar.fr), specialises in studies/sizing and marketing of photovoltaic solar panels. The second company, INSTALLEOS (http://www.installeos.fr), subsidiary of B SOLAR, specialises in roofing and electricity. It offers general electrical services, roofing and insulation. Among other things, it handles all the installation activities for B SOLAR.

Photovoltaic solar panels, roofing, insulation and electricity.
- Market: West of France (Pays de la Loire + Bretagne). Target: general public, businesses and local authorities
. Size of the team (including number of Edhec alumni): 6 (2 Edhec)
. Capital raised or to be raised: n/ a. SARL with a capital of €40,000 (B Solar) and €8,000 (Installeos)
. Originality of the venture:
Creation of 2 companies (1 marketing company and 1 installation company).
Vertically integrated group offering a wide range of roofing services including a comprehensive photovoltaic solar package (technical study/sizing, finance solutions, installation).
Our products combine traditional materials (slate, tiles, steel roofing, zinc) with complex (solar photovoltaic panels for all energy outputs) and innovative solutions (external insulation via sandwich insulating panels).

. Growth prospects
1st year: €500,000 turnover for group
2nd year (projected): between 400 and 600,000 euros, despite the current crisis affecting the solar photovoltaic industry in France
