Next Level Formation provides :
- Innovative and tailor-made trainings to develop Soft Skills : Art of speech, Leadership & Management, Managing emotions, Negotiation, Business Efficiency, Creativity, Project Management.
- Unforgettable events: seminars, conferences, hoax, shows, teambuilding sessions…
Originality of the project:
- An innovative tool: based on the use of different arts and artistic techniques, mainly theatrical improvisation. Theatrical Improvisation is a very powerful tool since it allows trainees to work on efficient communication skills, which are listening, precision, benevolence, fast understanding of any situation and fast problem-solving mindset. These skills are immediately and simply transposable in the business world
- A unique approach: pleasure, thanks to unusual methods, assures sustainable performance when it comes to Soft Skills.
- An efficient method: learning by doing ! Practicing is a major key to develop reflexes.
- A specific Business Model: all the trainers are associates, and the company is almost run as a co-operative.
Added-value: all of consultants have a quadruple background, allowing them to deeply understand clients’ issues:
1. Alumni from « Grandes Ecoles »: EDHEC, HEC, ESSEC, Centrale Paris, …
2. Experience in companies (in average 5 years)
3. Professional actors (5 to 15 years)

Our goal is to go further in building partnerships with companies, but also, beforehand, with Business and Engineering Schools, in order to help students to be the Managers of tomorrow!
