Why a chatbot?
A bot never sleeps. With 20% of our graduates living in all four corners of the globe, the differences in time zones made answering everyone’s questions quite the challenge. Eddy can now reply in an instant 24 hours a day, even on weekends!
Does Eddy really have the answer to everything? No, of course not, but he learns quickly. Like all AI tools, the more you ask him questions, the better equipped he will be to answer. In the meantime, if Eddy can’t give you a satisfactory response, you can ask to be put in touch with our Community Manager instead.
