Sylvie Bernard-Curie (GE 1986), Partner - Head of People - Talent Development at KPMG France has invested in our network. She wrote a book, released on March 5, with Christophe Deval: "You have everything to succeed - in your job, and in your life with the ACT approach", published by Dunod.

In this book, "we wanted to make a solid experience and innovative approach to scientific psychology (ACT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and the world of work, in a book intended for the general public. In a sense, to give the keys to find a personal and challenging definition of success and how to achieve it, without being prevented by thoughts or emotions that are covered in self-help books," she said.

The table of contents and the first pages are available on the Dunod website.

This book is available in bookstores and on the internet.
