As Edhec alumni travel far and wide, and because the network is active around the world, Edhec Alumni ambassadors decided to organise an "Adopt a student" scheme.
In 2012, 35% of students on EDHEC campuses are international students and often know very little about France and its culture. This led to the idea of encouraging EDHEC alumni to take a foreign student under their wing so to speak.
After answering a series of questions on their expectations, their career plans and how they like to spend their free time, the students are paired off with an alumnus who match their profile. The first meetings takes place during the Welcome Party on October, the 3rd for Paris and Lille or the 16th for Nice Campus.
