EDHEC Alumni Services Barometer survey: thank you to the 1877 participants!

EDHEC Alumni reveals the results of its notoriety/satisfaction barometer survey. A total of 1877 alumni responded, 85% of whom were French speakers and 15% English speakers, with the different programmes and class years well represented.
So thank you!

Only 22% of you truly know us (“quite well” + “very well”), which leaves much room for improvement with the remaining 78%. In particular, we targeted the under-45 and graduates from programmes other than the Grande Ecole Masters.

You lack the time to take an interest in the activities of EDHEC Alumni and also have insufficient information (especially younger members and in the MBA / Executive programmes).

We need to focus on communicating about the full extent of our services, and we were particularly surprised by the low level of awareness of the support offered by the Career Centre for Life.

The average score attributed to the association is 8.3 and the more respondents were aware of its activities, in particular thanks to the communication sent out, the greater the satisfaction levels: 8.9 for those most exposed to our communication. Please check that your account is “live” and your email address is correct and follow us on social media so you don’t miss out.

And specifically in relation to our communication, which you mainly receive through the newsletters and via LinkedIn, the results show that you find it to be of high quality, modern and interesting although efforts remain to be made to target recipients better and get you INVOLVED.

This information will be invaluable as we seek to improve our actions and offer you ever-better services. We take this opportunity to thank those who have signed up to give a little more of their time by taking part in our focus groups over the coming weeks as we explore certain topics in more depth.
