On 3 October, EDHEC Alumni organised this year’s “MBA & EMBA Refresher” on the Nice campus .
The full day event gathered EDHEC’s MBA and Executive MBA graduates, giving them the opportunity to revive and reinvigorate their MBA skills, expand their network within the EDHEC Alumni community, catch-up with former classmates and hear more from some of their favorite MBA professors.
The programme included workshops that covered the latest theories in accounting research, as well as in digital strategic management. It also provided the possibility to share experiences with fellow alumni and current global MBA students.
The participants were welcomed by Michelle Sisto, EDHEC’s current MBA Director and Emmanuel Metais, former MBA Director. Speakers included Joseph G. Fisher, PhD, a former faculty member of the Amos Tuck School, the Dartmouth College and the University of Arizona, a current KPMG Peat Marwick Fellow and Associate Professor of Accounting at Indiana University and Karin KOLLENZ-QUETARD PhD, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
During the event, the current « Challenge Promo » was promoted: participants were invited to support one of EDHEC’s solidarity projects, thus giving them the chance to win the prize of the most mobilised or generous MBA intake.
