EDHEC Alumni innovates with its first strategic plan for 2024-2028:
For ever more commitment, meaning and impact …
Perfectly in step with the School, EDHEC Alumni has chosen in turn to develop its own dynamic strategic plan running until 2028.
Why develop a strategic plan?
To accompany and support our School’s “Generation 2050” strategic plan thus establishing a virtuous alignment between the two structures
To strengthen our community, its impact and influence by setting out and sharing our priorities
To give meaning to our commitments by choosing to address pressing issues that speak to people
To encourage everyone to make a greater contribution! Because – now more than ever – the strength of our community lies in the commitment, participation and contributions of each and every one of us.
To ensure we work towards an inclusive, sustainable and innovative future and embody the promise of our slogan: “Engaged community for a better future” …
A strategic plan built on a shared vision...
The strategic plan was developed through various upstream contributions, and in particular the hard work of our many ambassadors.
It was then given shape and structure at a dedicated seminar in March 2024, involving the members of the Board of Trustees, the EDHEC Alumni staff team, some of the school's stakeholders and experts dedicated to the key topics we address.
