The world needs diversity. Diversity enriches the world!
Together, we travel further … especially when we’re all different, with the wealth of our personalities, cultures and complementarities.
We will be stronger together if we move beyond cliquism. Business schools have been criticised in the past for operating as a kind of elitist clique. It is by offering a warm welcome, embracing diversity and opening up to the world that our strengths and convictions will have an impact.
Everyone from EDHEC deserves privileged treatment. We are all important! And it naturally behoves the EDHEC Alumni association to value its members – all its members.
Our actions to promote all profiles within the communityé
A Board of Trustees that represents our diversity
The new Board of Trustees was designed to ensure a diversity of profiles. With an expanded pool of candidates since 2025, a Nominations Committee now guarantees real diversity in terms of age, gender, nationality, background, etc.
Alumni events and services offered in locations around the world
In 2024, the EDHEC Rendez-Vous was held in nearly 60 different countries. We have a presence around the world, bringing together and supporting our alumni!
Strengthened support for grant and international students
A support programme including mentoring, coaching and networking opportunities
Promoting exemplary student associations
From 2025 onwards, EDHEC Alumni will award one prize per year to an EDHEC association for its commitment to the values of diversity and inclusion.
Highlighting atypical careers!
We feel it is important to draw attention to alumni who have chosen an inspirational career or life project with a difference …
Financing initiatives that favour inclusion
For example:
• Helping to finance EDHEC for All scholarships
• Support for the Jérôme Gayet Foundation for solidarity and impact entrepreneurship
• Support for solidarity projects for alumni affected by war or natural disasters
• Call for "Diversity and Inclusion" projects
