Recruiters from top financial institutions attended EDHEC Business School’s annual Finance Career Day in Nice
Students in the Financial Economics track got a chance to meet with the representatives of 40 banks, investment firms and major multi-nationals at the annual Finance Career Day, hold this year the 19 and 20 of September on EDHEC’s Nice campus. Companies such as BlackRock, BNP Paribas, Citi, Morgan Stanley, Société Générale, LVMH and L’Oréal have attended the event to talk to students about internships and jobs. The Financial Economics track, part of the Grande Ecole programme, specialises in all aspects of finance, from trading and asset management to auditing and management control. More than 700 students, French and international, are in this top-flight programme. The MSc in Financial Markets, which is one of the degree offerings that make up the programme, is ranked fourth in the world by the Financial Times.
This year’s novelty was a virtual forum, hold Sept. 19, that links students with institutions in the United Kingdom, Italy, Hong Kong, Shanghai and elsewhere. There were also Alumni Spotlights, roundtables moderated by EDHEC alumni that focus on their professional experience.
Each session of the alumni spotlights were divided into 7 categories:
- Asset Management / Wealth Management
- Corporate Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Financial Careers in Companies
- Financial Markets
- Transversal Careers
- Portfolio Analytics Insights
Thank you very much alumni for sharing your experience with students !
