II/ Business start-up project:

www.familytrip.fr is an online booking service for high quality, well-adapted family accommodation (large rooms, games, baby equipment, etc.). To date, Familytrip has already selected over 100 units in France (of all types: hotels, self-catering, tourist residences, holiday villages and rentals) that it has tested and given the stamp of approval.

Provides direct access for availability and special offers in specially reserved accommodation. Familytrip also has a dedicated phone line for more personal contact and advice.

Familytrip also offers additional services to ensure you have an excellent stay: booking in advance for amenities you may need (e.g.: high chair), list of nearby activities you can enjoy with the family, map of hotels with babyphone to know which rooms can be heard from a communal space. Other services are also offered in collaboration with our partners: hiring of pushchairs on arrival, games trails to help your children discover the town you are staying in...

• Staff: 4 people including 1 EDHEC
• Capital raised €70k, soon €100k
• Growth prospects: recruitment of full-time staff in 2011 and preparation to raise more venture capital.
