Access rules for the General Meeting will be governed in accordance with the law and the Association’s statutes.
Agenda:
- 6:30 pm: Welcome on campus
- 7:00 pm: Opening of the Ordinary General Meeting
- Presentation of EDHEC news and progress on the EDHEC Generation strategic plan by Emmanuel Métais, Directeur Général EDHEC Business School
- Video presentation of the activity report, followed by a Q&A session
- Presentation of the financial statements and the statutory auditor’s report for the financial year ended of the EDHEC Alumni association, by Anne Geisert (President), Gaspard Bidot (Treasurer) and Sylvie Mouchon (Executive Director)
- Approval and allocation of the result for the 2024/2025 financial year
- Approval of the 2025/2026 budget
- Renewal of one member of the Board of Directors, as proposed by the Nominations Committee
