Invitation to the EDHEC Alumni Annual General Meeting 2025
As a member of EDHEC Alumni, you are invited to participate in the Association’s Annual General Meeting.
INVITATION
to the Ordinary General Meeting
that will take place on Thursday, 9 January 2025 at 7PM (GMT+1)
@EDHEC Business School Paris or online / Event in French
The rules governing access to the Annual General Meeting will be applied in accordance with the law and the articles of association.
Agenda:
- 6.30pm: Welcome (on the campus)
- 7pm: Ordinary General Meeting
- Speach from Emmanuel Métais (Dean of EDHEC Business school) on the latest EDHEC news and the progress of the strategic plan
- Video presentation of the activity report followed by a Q&A session
- Reading of the financial report 2023/2024 with Anne Geisert, President of EDHEC Alumni, Noëlle Llugany, Treasurer and Martin Barbier, Executive Director.
- Approval and appropriation of income account for 2023/2024 period
- Approval of budget for 2024/2025
- Election of Board members on the basis of the call for candidates closed on October 15, 2024 and review by the Nomination Committee
- Appointment of Statutory Auditors

- 8pm : Testimonials from 3 people involved in the EDHEC Alumni community
- SHARE: Jade Beyrens, EDHEC Master 2024, will be presenting the brand new Sport Business Club.
- CARE: Nicolas Guillet, EDHEC Parcours Dirigeants 2014, will talk about his experience of the EDHEC Coaching programme
- DARE: Antoine Leurent, EDHEC Master 1996, will share the ambitious and committed events programme he has planned in 2025 for his EDHEC Alumni community in Brittany - 8:30pm: Food and Drinks

> Register for the event to vote [click on REGISTER button]. If you plan to participate online, we will send you a participation link a few days before the session. Please note that online participants will not be allowed to vote.
