The Real Estate Club's 4th visit was a resounding success, not only with regards the number of participants (30), but also by the building' quality and the interest of the site.

The restructuring of the former Galeries Lafayette workshops involved the redevelopment of an industrial heritage and a contemporary 20,785 m² construction mainly for office space, all revolving around a monumental, 30-metre high chandelier that features 20,000 glass discs. The building was designed to be as user-friendly as possible (hanging gardens, terraces with views over the whole of Paris, 2,500 m² floor space for each storey, over 2.7m in height from floor to ceiling, HQE construction) and includes all the services that its 1500 to 1700 occupants could require: auditorium, lobby, meeting centre, restaurant, cafeteria… 32 Blanche Paris will be finished in December 2011.

The next visit will probably be organised at the beginning of the new academic year. Sign up to become a Club member now and be among the first to know!
