A unique opportunity now exists for several graduates, and those with relevant post-graduate experience/qualifications, to join a 12 month investment training programme in our market leading Fixed Income business. Who are M&G Investments? M&G is one of the largest fund managers in the UK and the investment arm of the Prudential, with approximately £170 billion under management. M&G is highly regarded within the City and has one of the largest Fixed Income businesses in Europe, together with industry leading teams in a number of specialist areas, including Project and Infrastructure Finance, Property Finance, Structured Credit and Leveraged Finance. What does the scheme involve? This is a 12 month investment training programme specialising in Fixed Income. During this time you will gain in-depth exposure to many of the investment areas within Fixed Income as well as the wider business. What training is provided? Comprehensive training is provided, both technical and professional. For example the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme are both part of the programme. This formal learning is also supported via our e-learning platform and other practical development opportunities. Furthermore, successful candidates will be given individualised training based on their needs. What happens at the end of the scheme? During the scheme you will develop an understanding of the differing nature of the various teams. Towards the end of the scheme we will work with you to find a permanent role that suits your strengths and interests. Why M&G?
