Unilever Supply Chain Management Industrial Programme

You have the option to come and work with us for 12 months, starting in the summer, where you will learn on a real job with real responsibilities, working alongside Unilever managers with whom you will set goals and measure your performance against Unilever competencies. It’s a great way to get a flavour of our business.
If you pass the placement you’ll be offered a place directly onto our Future Leaders Programme for when you complete your degree, without needing to apply.

Where will it take place?
Projects could be based at any of our business units throughout the UK.

The application process for the Industrial Placements involves three stages:
• Application form
• Telephone interview
• Selection day (half day)

Within all stages of the recruitment process, we are reviewing the Unilever competencies, along with your motivation for applying for the specific business area and for Unilever. Selection days are held on site at Unilever. The half-day assessment consists of three exercises including:
• Case study presentation
• Competency based interview
• Case study group exercise
