EDHEC Alumni Committee Elections 2012: the results!

The elections for the new members of the EDHEC Alumni Committee were held on 23 January 2012 on the new Paris Campus. We would like to thank all of the 1132 Edhec alumni who voted online and in person at the AGM for their support and their interest in our activities. 22 candidates stood for the six committee member positions. At the end of voting, the results were as follows:

Resolution n° 1 (Approval of the business report 2010/2011) passed with a 93% majority
Resolution n° 2 (Approval of the financial report 2010/2011) passed with a 91% majority
Resolution n° 3 (Granting of full discharge to the committee members) passed with a 91% majority
Resolution n° 4 (Allocation of the financial results to the new budget) passed with a 92% majority

A strategic seminar will be held on Saturday 4 February 2012, with all the Committee members, the Association’s permanent staff members and a representative from EDHEC Business School. During the meeting, we will draw up the main strategic directions and priorities for the coming year, and will elect the Association’s Executive Committee.
