After the announcement of the EDHEC Business School 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, it’s over to your association, EDHEC Alumni, to unveil its bold vision of how to strengthen and transform our network.

We have developed an ambitious strategic plan for the next four years with one sole objective: accompany you towards excellence in both your personal and professional lives. We want to help you make a difference, to become someone who makes a positive impact on the world, challenging the status quo.

Today more than ever, EDHEC Alumni is at your side with a dynamic, benevolent community willing to support you, whether in France or abroad, at each stage of your career. From students to experienced professionals, the new 2024-2028 Strategic Plan has been developed to meet the needs of all our members and help them overcome each challenge, showcasing the values and enhancing the reputation of EDHEC.

To reach these goals, we rely on three fundamental pillars:

1. Share: Beginning on your very first day, through initiatives like "First Day First Link", we connect you to a dynamic and inspirational community, while supporting your career development and projects, with the conviction that they will reflect the values of EDHEC and have a positive impact on the world. An abundance of shared experiences, networking and community events will ensure that each individual can learn from the enriching success of others.
    
2. Care: With our Career & Life Project programme, we do all we can to offer you personalised support and ensure your success going forward both professionally and personally. Whether you want to develop your skillsets, change direction or move up the ladder, we are here to help with coaching, mentoring and continuous training.
    
3. Dare: Lastly, we challenge you to be daring. Dare to innovate, dare to engage, dare to make a difference. Whether through our sustainability project or our commitment to a positive and fulfilling use of artificial intelligence, EDHEC Alumni wants to help you stay at the forefront of technology, anticipate future trends and shape the future with audacity.
    

Concrete actions for true impact 

Here is an overview of the flagship initiatives in the 2024-2028 plan:

• COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Enrich the vitality and cohesion of the community
  Favour a culture of active engagement and significant contribution among EDHEC Alumni members, thus strengthening the network's impact.
  Gamification, targeted recruitment campaigns and more dynamic communication will enable you to get more involved in the network, whether as a mentor, conference speaker, or volunteer for clubs and activities.
   
• CAREER & LIFE PROJECT: Facilitate growth and ongoing development 
  Support the professional and personal achievements of EDHEC Alumni members in tune with their evolving aspirations.
  If you have your eye on a management position or a seat on a board of directors, the Corporate Governance club can put you in touch with other influential alumni and help you develop the necessary skills to achieve your goals.
   
• ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: Get involved in the environmental transition 
  Encourage EDHEC Alumni members to actively participate in environmental sustainability, challenging the status quo in their professional and personal lives.
  We can offer you innovative ways to learn about the challenges of the environmental transition and allow you to measure your own environmental impact. If you wish, you can become an ambassador for environmentally friendly practices in your company and beyond.
   
• DIVERSITY & INCLUSION: Respect and celebrate diversity
  Promote diversity and inclusion within the EDHEC Alumni community by creating an environment in which each member feels valued and included.
  To complement the "First Day First Link" initiative for new arrivals to EDHEC, we will be improving the support offered to students from disadvantaged backgrounds through our mentoring and coaching programmes. We will continue our commitment to the fight against gender inequality with the launch of "Board ready women".
   
• ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI):  Stay ahead in a digitally evolving world
  Use artificial intelligence as a positive and fulfilling way to better innovate, network and develop the services available through EDHEC Alumni.
  A team dedicated to AI will be putting in place innovative solutions to improve the experience of EDHEC Alumni members, with tailored networking tools, webinars to facilitate acclimatisation and an intelligent chatbot.

We are intent on innovating, strengthening our community and promoting strong values of inclusion and diversity.
