Whether you're simply curious or passionate about tech, data and artificial intelligence, prepare to be impressed.

As part of its 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, EDHEC Alumni has decided to bet big on AI to transform our network and propel us into a new digital era. This is a veritable turning point, and you don't want to miss out on what's underway.

A strategic plan built on AI

EDHEC Alumni’s new 2024-2028 Strategic Plan places AI at the heart of its strategy. Why AI? Because it's more than a mere trend: it's a powerful tool with which to personalise services, optimise career opportunities and strengthen the connections in our network. With this plan, EDHEC Alumni is not simply settling for following others, but is taking the initiative to offer tools and services at the cutting edge of technology.

One of the flagship initiatives is the AI acclimatisation programme. The aim is simple: enable each graduate to understand the challenges of artificial intelligence, learn how to use it and act in an informed way to help their career or company. Thanks to regular webinars, keynote presentations on specific topics and access to online resources, you will be able to familiarise yourself with this revolutionary technology and even specialise if you so wish. And all without leaving your sofa!

A webinar to get started

To get this strategic plan off to a good start, EDHEC Alumni is organising an initiation webinar for generative AI on 16 September 2024. This is the ideal opportunity to delve into this topic, whether you're a beginner or already have some knowledge of AI. This 45-minute webinar will equip you to understand what generative AI means, how it works and above all how it can transform your daily working life.

Run by Alexis Rollin, Vice-Chairman of the EDHEC Alumni Board of Trustees and co-founder of the digital agency RnD, this event will give you a chance to explore the advantages and challenges of generative AI in sectors as varied as marketing, finance and HR. This is the ideal time to ask any questions you might have, chat to other graduates and, most importantly, get one step ahead.

A new look for EDHEC in Tech

But that’s not all. The EDHEC in Tech club is also making a change with a focus on artificial intelligence. If you have always dreamed of actively taking part in the life of the club, proposing events or sharing your expertise on the Paris campus or online, now is the time to speak up! Contact us by clicking here. The club’s new look is a unique opportunity to connect with experts, discover the latest innovations and participate in concrete projects that will shape the future of tech.

A major partnership with VivaTech and Cité de l'IA

EDHEC is continuing its partnership with Viva Technology, Europe’s biggest tech event. Each year, this key date in the tech calendar sees participation from thousands of startups, investors and tech aficionados in Paris. In 2024, more than 150,000 delegates were in attendance to discuss the latest innovations. As an EDHEC graduate, you can enjoy privileged access to this event, meet key players from the sector and perhaps even present your own projects!

Lastly, EDHEC Alumni is joining Cité de l'IA, an initiative by Medef Lille Métropole which mobilises all actors from the artificial intelligence ecosystem – businesses, academics, researchers and institutions – to create a work dynamic and develop collaborations across the Hauts-de-France region.

Keep learning, stay informed and – above all – act

The 2024-2028 EDHEC Alumni Strategic Plan marks a veritable revolution for our community.

With an emphasis on artificial intelligence, EDHEC offers us a way to stay at the cutting edge of innovation and make the most of the opportunities these technologies provide. Whether through the acclimatisation programme or the new approach at the EDHEC in Tech club, there is no shortage of chances to keep learning, stay informed and – above all – act.

So, are you ready to join us on this technological adventure? Don’t forget to sign up for the webinar on 16 September and join EDHEC in Tech

The future is now, and it will be built with you.
