The Economist annual ‘Which MBA?’ ranking, published today, confirms EDHEC’s place among the world’s top centres of learning and highlights the school’s rise through the French and international rankings.

In a challenging and competitive international education market, EDHEC now ranks seventh in the world for its Global MBA programme.

The school has not only joined the ranks of the Top 10 MBA programmes globally, but has become the second French institution to do so, alongside HEC.

EDHEC’s leading position is down to the Global MBA’s performance on a range of criteria.

Diversity, career and the student experience: EDHEC makes the difference

The ‘Which MBA?’ ranking is based on the assessments of EDHEC students and recent graduates. The school stands out in a number of key areas.

Awarding EDHEC third place globally for student/faculty diversity, The Economist has recognised a core strength of EDHEC’s Global MBA programme: its multiculturalism and international openness. The School boasts students of 35 different nationalities and faculty from 19 countries, for example.

The ranking also emphasises end-of-programme career prospects as a key EDHEC asset, naming the school first in Europe when it comes to opening new career opportunities.

EDHEC also scored highly on personal development and educational experience, ranking first in France and sixth globally, in recognition of its ability to offer Global MBA programme participants a rich and personalised learning experience.

We are really proud of the success of our alumni and of their continued and consistent support. The 2021 ranking reinforces a key strength of EDHEC's Global MBA: that we enable our students to develop new career opportunities around the world whatever their field or line of work. Our students and faculty are extremely diverse and truly international, while our programme and approach are highly personalised, so as to deliver an exceptional experience that will help our graduates as they move into international leadership roles.

says EDHEC Global MBA Director Sandra Richez.
