Show them your LOYALTY and commitment

Everyone knows that by accepting an internship or a job you are not committing to staying with the company for the rest of your life. But giving the recruiter the impression that you are already thinking of your next job does not help you at all.

Recruiters also need to be reassured: are they making the right choice? Will you be a successful new hire and integrate well? Think of all the time and money they spend in recruiting you and help them understand that you are willing to contribute to the company and team. For how long? No one knows, but today, this is the place where you want to be. And be ready to answer the question about where you see yourself in 5 or 10 years. A candidate that has a career plan usually makes good, informed decisions about each internship or job he chooses.
