In the press...

EDHEC-Risk Institute’s recent study on the true risks of ETFs in Europe has been widely covered in the international press. This study by Noël Amenc, Director of EDHEC-Risk Institute, Frédéric Ducoulombier, Director of EDHEC Risk Institute–Asia, Felix Goltz, Head of Applied Research and Lin Tang, Senior Research Engineer, which follows up on questions raised by regulators and industry professionals, has been the subject of a number of articles, notably in the Financial Times and the Business Times. In the Financial Times, Noël Amenc is also quoted in another article on the lack of increased protection for investors with regards to portfolio diversification.

The French press also covered the ETF study, with Noël Amenc appearing in an interview in l'Agefi.

Still with the French press, EDHEC’s stance against the establishment of the Tobin Tax was well documented in La Tribune. Also in La Tribune, Philippe Véry and Emmanuel Métais – professors at EDHEC Business School jointly wrote an article looking at the issue of buying “Made in France” products, particularly within the automobile industry.

Finally, in Les Echos, Christophe Roquilly, Professor of Law and Director of the LegalEdhec Research Centre, details the range of available legal instruments that could enable family businesses maintain control of their corporate strategy.
