Emmanuel Cotsoyannis, CEO of Antilopes
In 2008, after his studies at SciencesPo and at EDHEC and his experience as a consultant, Emmanuel, a passionate entrepreneur, created Les dîners d’Eloïse, a business sending chefs to people’s homes or companies, from €55 a person.
In 2010, with partners Joyce Levi and Grégory Areinx, Emmanuel created Palais Royal, a caterer offering excellent value.
Alexis Revidat, overseeing the kitchens, is both caterer and cook, not subcontracting anything. In the 400-meter-squared kitchen in the heart of Paris, he is constantly reinventing menus to infuse life into receptions of all kinds: highlighting the finest seasonal produce, playing with colour, and making sometimes unexpected matches, and responding to the demands of an exacting and attentive sales force.
Palais Royal quickly made a name for itself and it serves clients in traditional reception venues, at their homes, or even at their companies. It is among the caterers listed by major reception venues and it furnishes custom services to top French and international companies.
In December 2010, after more than a year of work, Le 8 Valois came to life. Le 8 Valois, the first eco-friendly reception room in Paris, just around the corner from the Louvre, makes possible all kinds of décors, what with its modifiable 600 square meters open to a large skylight.
Le St.Fiacre // Hall Street, a unique reception venue between la Bourse and les Grands Boulevards, was created in late 2010. The venue offers an extraordinary and entirely customisable experience, allowing brands as well as individuals to come up with unprecedented events at attractive prices, what with the thirty-six LCD screens, two video projectors, stage lighting, an integrated system for harnessing images and motion.
