Thank you to all the alumni who contributed to this key moment in our community, whether in person, online or by giving their proxy at the General Assembly on 9 January 2025.
This year marks an important milestone for EDHEC Alumni, with the renewal of the majority of directorships (10 out of a minimum of 14), in line with the limit of two consecutive terms. The Nominations Committee, created after the 2024 General Meeting, took up the challenge of proposing to the vote a new governance that is representative and aligned with the EDHEC Alumni 2024-2028 Strategic Plan. The 2025 Board of Directors reflects the diversity and richness of our community. From 150 applications, the 20 members (16 elected graduates and 4 statutory representatives of the school and students) embody exemplary parity and diversity in terms of programmes, campuses, ages, social origins, international dimensions and hybrid backgrounds.
