Mentoring program September 2018

The Mentoring STREAM program has been built to help you to boost your career, to pass on to the next generation, to capitalize on your career path, to share your values and experiences, to exchange between cultures, to grow and grow, get involved!

The objective of the Mentoring program connects graduates, who may have similar responsibilities or work in the same job function or sector, to succeed in career transitions by putting them in touch.

Mentors are matched with their mentees, they discover their pairs during the mentoring kick-off session and they meet at least 3 times for a period of five months.

The mentoring relationship is based on objectives that are predefined by mentor & mentee at the beginning of the program.

Various tools, guides and training sessions are available to all participants to ensure a successful outcome.

What makes this program efficient?

1.The time invested by the mentor is measured (minimum 3 times during a 5 months period)
2. Mentoring follow-up tools, videos and resources are available and help you to structure the process
3. Matchings between mentors and mentees take into consideration their sector, job position and experiences.

Timeframe:

In September a global newsletter will be sent for mentors & mentees registration and the steps to follow for the matching process will be explained
Matchings will be communicated during the kick-off event on Thursday 27^th of September taking place in the Paris Campus and spread by streaming for participants based in other locations
The week after the kick-off meeting mentors and mentees will receive their mentoring kits by email
Your mentoring angels will check after a month if your matchings are working properly.
Pairs will meet at least 3 times during a period of 5 months (you can follow our tools & framework or set up meetings using your own methods)
Mentoring program will end on Thursday 21^st of February 2019 when you will receive an email with the mentoring survey to gather your feedbacks in order to help us to improve the program. You could participate on Thursday 21^st of February to share your testimony with the new promotion.
