Mentoring program has been built to help you to boost your career, to pass on to the next generation, to capitalize on your  career path, to share your values and experiences, to exchange between cultures, to grow and grow, get involved! Participate in the STREAM

The objective of the Mentoring programme connects young (or not that young !) graduates to succeed in career transitions by putting them in touch with an experienced graduate who may have similar responsibilities or work in the same job function or sector. Mentors are matched with their mentees, they discover their pairs during the mentoring kick-off session and they meet at least 3 times for a period of five months. The mentoring relationship is based on objectives that are predefined by the two graduates. In contrast to coaching, the Mentoring programme is about the two parties working together to develop a benevolent win-win relationship. Various tools, guides and training sessions are available to all participants to ensure a successful outcome.

The mentoring program steps are as follows :

• 2 promotions per year: more than 100 pairs per year !
• Programme process: Objective definition, mentoring plan creation, plan execution, analysis and performance appraisal at the end of the program.
• Mentoring event : 1 event per year : Kick off mentoring session with last promotions and new promotion welcome
• 5 months period : 3 to 5 mentoring meetings between mentors and mentees during a 5 months period
• Type of meetings : face to face meetings or Skype/telephone meetings 
• Resources: online trainings, mentor/mentees kits and mentoring angels support at your disposal for any question or request related to the mentoring program.

Mentoring is worldwide recognized as a tool that contributes to develop your leadership capacity.
