matt_jaume_221In keeping with the theme "Risk is everywhere, in every aspect of the business", Matt Jaume, Global Co-Head Risk Management & Financing Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Execution and Futures at Goldman Sachs, has inaugurated the new "Distinguished Key Note speaker series" on the London campus. He has delivered a captivating speech on hedge fund landscape and prime brokerage services, highlighting also the "lessons learnt" and the ability to cope with double dip recession from Hedge Fund and a Prime Broker standpoint. The event gathered MSc Risk and Investment Management students, EDHEC alumni and professors, who following the presentation had an opportunity to network at the cocktail reception.london_campus_2548

The “Key Note Series” is organised quarterly by EDHEC Corporate Relations team, within the framework of the MSc Risk and Investment Management programme. It plays host to senior managers from the finance industry in order to share their market insights and expertise with our students and alumni on EDHEC campuses in London and Singapore. Emmanuel Rondeau, Group-Wide Head of Credit Quality Assurance at Royal Bank of Scotland, will be the next Key Note speaker on 15th December in London.
