Lionel Martellini has won the 2009-2010 first prize for research awarded by the Institute for Quantitative Investment Research (Inquire) Europe
Martellini, Scientific Director of EDHEC-Risk Institute, won the prize for his research presented at the Inquire Autumn Seminar 2009 in Madrid.
The work was carried out with the collaboration of Vincent Milhau, Research Engineer at EDHEC-Risk Institute, within the scope of the ALM and Institutional Investment Management research chair supported by BNP Paribas Investment Partners. Inquire deemed the presentation to be outstanding and worthy of the prize.
The Institute for Quantitative Investment Research (Inquire UK) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to furthering research and understanding in the field of quantitative investment methodologies. The goal of the institute is to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
