The new Legal & Tax Management MSc at EDHEC Business School has been designed to give students a good grounding in the niceties of corporate and business law for work in international law consultancies and legal departments in large business organisations.
The new course offers students a practical and original programme that focuses on the relationship between firms and their legal environment.
Mainly designed for students in the final year of the Grande Ecole programme, and other applicants who wish to work in the area of business or tax law, the programme is also recommended for candidates interested in working in jobs or sectors where a legal background is a key requirement.
Partnership agreements have been signed with two law faculties:
-Juriste d'entreprise (Corporate Law) Master 2 at Lille Law Faculty;
-Juriste d'affaires (Business Law) Master 2 at Paris XI Law Faculty.
The MSc is coordinated by Christophe Roquilly and Christophe Collard, underpinned by the expertise developed in the LegalEdhec research centre, managed by Professor Roquilly.
