This programme gives the opportunity to high potential candidates to gain a good understanding of our jobs, via different rotations on support functions (i.e. Middle Office, Back Office, Finance, Client Servicing...) or in projects, mainly in London but also in the rest of Europe (Geneva, Luxembourg...). An intensive training programme is offered in order to develop our bank's future managers' competencies.

We target penultimate and final year EDHEC students, willing to do a long-term internship (9 to 12 months) in our company, as well as graduates looking for a full-time position.
