In a more demanding job market, the EDHEC network matters more than ever

We are currently experiencing a period in which the job market is tightening. Recruitment is slowing in some sectors, hiring processes are becoming longer, and entering the labour market is increasingly competitive — particularly for young graduates.

In this context, the role of the EDHEC network is essential. Every opportunity shared can make a difference: for an alumnus in career transition, for a student looking for their first internship, or for the new generation taking its first steps in a less favourable environment than the one their predecessors experienced.

If you are aware of an opportunity within your company or your network — a job, internship or apprenticeship — please feel free to share it. It is a practical way to support fellow alumni, while also helping EDHEC students enter the professional world with greater confidence.

How to share an opportunity

You can send any opportunities you know about directly to the Career Centre team, who will relay them to the relevant students and alumni.

You can also post an opportunity directly from your job board space.

Recruit an apprentice

Apprenticeships are available to EDHEC Masters students (second year) and EDHEC International BBA students (third year), who have already acquired the fundamentals of management. Over two years, they can take on evolving responsibilities and contribute directly to your organisation’s projects.

Receive support with recruitment

The Career Centre can also support your recruitment needs, whether you are looking for students or alumni. The team can help you:

  • highlight your opportunities to targeted audiences,

  • send a recruitment email campaign to students.

Organise a recruitment session on campus

To facilitate your hiring process, it is also possible to organise interview sessions directly on EDHEC campuses.
