G-TOP is Eurocopter's international trainee

program. It was created three years ago to

support the Eurocopter group's internationalisation

objectives. The program offers its

10 to 15 participants an insight into the

world's no. 1 helicopter manufacturer, the

best opportunity for internal networking

and a valuable intercultural experience.

Graduates as G-Top Trainees

Over a period of 15 months, you will be given

the opportunity to work on three job-assignments,

each lasting five months. Your assignments

will be directly related to our business

priorities. Working in the fields of engineering,

sales, after-sales, information systems,

purchasing, project management, logistics,

production or supply chain management will

be waiting for you. Your working place will

either be France, Germany or Spain.

You will be given the opportunity to work

with other participants on a common project

which is related to our main business challenges.

Moreover, specific training on intercultural

topics, communication and personality

development will be offered together with

dedicated mentoring from both functional

and human resources managers.

fields of aeronautics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or

business administration and are ready to adapt yourself to any work situation, function and

proven academic excellence and relevant internships

fluent in English as well as in one language used in the Eurocopter-based countries (French,
