Emmanuel Métais appointed Director of the Masters in Management and Masters of Science programmes
Emmanuel Métais, PhD has been appointed Director of the Masters programmes at EDHEC Business School. He takes on responsibility for a portfolio of 13 courses on all 5 EDHEC campuses, including the “Grande Ecole” and Masters in Management programmes and the Masters of Science programme that forms part of the School’s Business Management and Financial Economics options, representing a total of around 4,000 French and overseas students in the 2015-2016 academic year.
Emmanuel Métais holds a PhD in Strategic Management and for 20 years has been a Professor of Corporate Strategy at EDHEC in both Lille and Nice. He specialises in breakthrough strategies and mergers & acquisitions, and has authored a wide range of articles, books and chapters on these areas in France and internationally. For the last ten years, Emmanuel has led the EDHEC Global MBA programme, currently ranked by the Economist among the world’s top 50. He previously served as the head of EDHEC’s Strategy and Management department.
